REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased on www.asocial.conscious can be returned for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and products must be in a saleable condition, unused, unopened in original packaging
A Social Conscious adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns. Further information about the Australian Consumer Law and these Consumer Guarantees are available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully we do not accept returns or offer any refund or exchange if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we will not provide a refund unless we are unable to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com with 7 days of receipt of product, to arrange a suitable remedy, such as return, exchange or refund.
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT
In the instance where you have received the incorrect product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange return of the incorrect product and the replacement of the correct product.
